Informatica - URGENTE
Come avrete notato, i primi due appelli di Informatica sono stati spostati dalla loro data originaria mentre per il terzo appello la data è rimasta confermata al 4 luglio; risultato di questo funambolismo è stato l'infrazione di una delle fondamentali regole universitarie:
Tra due appelli devono intercorrere almeno 14 giorni (in questo caso ce ne sono solamente 6)
Il Professore ha deciso nonostante tutto di mantenere la data dell'appello ma, dopo lunga insistenza, è infine giunto ad una apertura verso tutti coloro che decidessero di appellarsi a questa regola o che, d'altro canto, non si sentissero per questo appello preparati a causa della scarsità di tempo dato per la preparazione stessa.
Vado a spiegarmi meglio:
Chi non si sentisse pronto per l'appello di domani non diserti l'appello ma si presenti lo stesso, il professore dà la possibilità di fissare con lui una data alternativa e, ovviamente, posteriore.
Per fissare la data è ASSOLUTAMENTE NECESSARIO PRESENTARSI LO STESSO, anche se non si ha studiato, altrimenti verrete considerati normali assenti o ritirati (non so quale sia la terminologia esatta)
A costo d'esser pedante mi ripeto ancora una volta visto l'urgenza e la necessità di chiarezza di questo avviso:
Domani presentatevi all'appello di informatica normalmente, il professore dà la possibilità di fissare un nuovo termine per l'esame; è necessario essere presenti.

Hai fatto bene a convincere ferrara a interrogare anche il 10 xo' scusa...questo appello era disponibile dal 31 maggio....a prescindere dagli altri appelli chi si e' iscritto a questo sapeva gia' la data e aveva tutto il tempo per prepararsi. Capisco la questione di principio per le regole che devono essere rispettate pero'da qui a pensare che una roba del genere possa causare grossi danni.........

Se io avessi dato l'esame il 28 e non l'avessi passato, sinceramente mi sarebbero girati i coglioni a doverlo dare UNA settimana dopo e non DUE ... a te è andata bene perchè hai sempre contato di farlo oggi, ma non tutti hanno avuto questa fortuna...quindi posso garantirti che di danni ne ha creati parecchi...

Il problema è che se non difendiamo i nostri diritti sempre più docenti se ne approfitteranno, facendo i porci comodi sulle nostre spalle. Ogni professore potrà spostare liberamente l'appello a piacere, e noi dietro a rincorrerlo...
Comunque per quanto riguarda tutta questa vicenda mi sono reso conto che la colpa non è di Ferrara ma della segreteria e del regolamento didattico che non è abbastanza preciso in merito.
Si parla infatti di un intervallo di due settimane tra due appelli consecutivi, ma si contempla anche l'opportunità che il docente sposti la data di esecuzione dell'esame per problemi tecnici. In questo caso non è previsto alcun spostamento dell'appello successivo, e non viene nemmeno precisato di quanto possa essere questo spostamento.
Insomma: ognuno fa come vuole (strano, vero?)
Sinceramente non credo che questa regola sia accettabile. Serve una tutela maggiore nei nostri confronti, perchè al momento siamo in balia delle decisioni arbitrarie dei docenti. Le regole ci sono, ma bisogna fare in modo che non vengano aggirate (come al solito) con estrema facilità.
